Until the sixth month of pregnancy, the girl trained 3-4 times a week, but then reduced the time of training to 45 minutes a week.
"The most important thing is to listen to your body. You can not engage in such sports, forcing yourself to do it. In my opinion, it was pole dancing that helped me recover as quickly as possible after the first pregnancy, so I do not neglect classes now," she added.
